PENGARUH CURRENT RATIO, DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO DAN INFLASI TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM

Abstract

The company should be effective and efficient in managing the company to survive and increase its performance therefore it affects the increase of stock price. This research aimed to observe the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and inflation on the stock price of food and beverages companies. Furthermore, this research was conducted for 5 years observation in 2016 until 2020. The population of this research used food and beverages companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange were 27 companies. Moreover, the sample collection technique of this research used purposive sampling, it obtained 13 food and beverages companies the sample. The research data used secondary data in the form of financial statements of food and beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, besides the inflation data was taken from the website of the Bank of Indonesia. On the other hand, the analysis with SPSS software 23.0 version. The research result indicated that the current ratio significantly affected the stock price, while the debt to equity ratio significantly affected the stock price and inflation did not significantly affect the stock price.
