Abstract

Job satisfaction is influence by employee performance, employee performance is a point of success for employees influenced by abilities and responsibilities in completing their duties. Employees have an important role in a company or organization, this is a form of controlling all activities within the company, and it expects the employees’ performance satisfaction, of course, there is cooperation between all human resources parties. The research used quantitative with primary data and secondary data supported with the questionnaire data therefore the sample collection technique of the research used saturated samples and it obtained fifty respondents at PT. Pos Indonesia Jemursari. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions. The research result showed that the variables of communication and work environment had a significant effect on motivation. The variable of communication and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees' performance. There was a direct mediation from the motivation variable on the communication and work environment at PT. Pos Indonesia Jemursari.
