Abstract

This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of compensation, communication, and work discipline on employees’ work loyalty (a study of Noor Ayla Arabic Restaurant, branch Surabaya and Malang). Moreover, the population was employees of Noor Ayla Arabic Restaurant, Surabaya and Malang. The research was quantitative research. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling technique, in which the sample was all population, i.e. 30 respondents of employees. Additionally, the data instrument used questionnaires. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26. According to the research result, it concluded that compensation had a positive and significant effect on employees’ work loyalty at Noor Ayla Arabic Restaurant, Surabaya and Malang. Likewise, communication had a positive and significant effect on employees’ work loyalty at Noor Ayla Arabic Restaurant, Surabaya and Malang. Similarly, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employees’ work loyalty at Noor Ayla Arabic Restaurant, Surabaya and Malang.
