PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DISHUB KOTA SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of leadership, work environment, and work motivation on
employees’ performance of Surabaya Department of Transportation. The research population
was employees who worked in Surabaya Department of Transportation. Moreover, the data
collection technique used saturated sampling technique. Furthermore, the data sampling technique
used questionnaires. In line with this, the questionnaires were distributed to 60 respondents
as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with
SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26.0. According to the research result, it concluded that
leadership had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance who worked in
Surabaya Department of Transportation. On the other hand, work environment had a positive but
insignificant effect on employees’ performance who worked in Surabaya Department of
Transportation. In contrast, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employees’
performance who worked in Surabaya Department of Transportation.
