Abstract

This research aimed to find out how far the effect of motivation, work environment, and work discipline on employees performance of PT Novell Pharmaceuticall Labs, Surabaya branch. The research was quantitative with primary data, which was taken from respondents questionnaires. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling (sensus). In line with that, there were 66 respondents of employees who worked at PT Novell Pharmaceuticall Labs, Surabaya branch as the sample. While, independent variables were motivation, work environment and work discipline. Meanwhile, dependent variable was employees performance. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23. Based on the test result which used t-test, it concluded that motivation had a positive and significant effect performance PT Novell Pharmaceuticall Labs, Surabaya branch. Likewise, work environment had a positive and significant effect performance PT Novell Pharmaceuticall Labs, Surabaya branch.. similarly, work discipline had a positive and significant effect performance PT Novell Pharmaceuticall Labs, Surabaya branch.
