Abstract

This research aims to identify and explain the importance of the influence of motivation, work environment and job training on employee performance at PT. Toyota Astra Finance Service Surabaya. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population is all employees of the human resources division of PT. Toyota Astra Finance Service Surabaya. by having a total of 50 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique using saturated samples. Data analysis in the study used SPSS version 22. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility tests, hypothesis testing. The results showed that the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.350 and a significance level of 0.005 because the better the motivation applied by the company, the more it will improve the employee's performance at the company, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. employees with a regression coefficient of 0.213 and a significance level of 0.025 because the more conducive the work environment provided by the company will increase the comfort in workers so that it increases employee performance, job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.274 and a significance level of 0.035 because with high job training, the employee's performance will increase. This shows that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect
