PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
In Indonesia, recently, the development of compnies has improved massively. This situation makes the companies determines to have regular progress on employees performance, especially Information Technology. With the progress, companies profit will increase. Due to these reasons, this research aimed to find out the effect of organization culture, transformational leadership and communication on the employees performance of PT. Airmas Golden Solusindo. The research was quantitative. While, the population was employees of PT. Airmas Golden Solusindo. Moreover, the data was primary. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling with questionnaries as the instrument. In line with, there were 40 respondents as sample who were given the questionnaries. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23.0. The research result concluded organization culture as well s communication had positive and significant effect on the employee performance. On the other hand transformational leadership had positive but insignificant effect on the employee performance.
