Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of compensation, motivation and working discipline on Grab driver performance in Surabaya. While the population was driver Grab in Surabaya. The research was survey. Moreover, the data collection technique used probability sampling with accidental sampling as its method. The sampling itself was taken as coincidence, in which the sample was everyone whom the researcher accidental met. Furthemore, the instrument use questionnaires with 98 respondents as sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple liniear regression with SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) 23. The research result concluded compensation had positive and significant effect on Grab driver performance in Surabaya. Likewise, motivation had positive and significant effect on Grab driver performance in Surabaya and work discipline had positive and significant effect on Grab driver performance in Surabaya. In cloncusion, Grab management in Surabaya needed to increase its compensation, motivation and workin dicsipline of their driver. As the consequence, the employees performance would be better and company’s objectives were going to be accomplished.
