PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, HARGA, DAN PROMOSI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN SEPATU FUTSAL DAN BOLA MEREK SPECS DI TOKO KERANJANG BOLA SIDOARJO
Abstract
This research aimed to determine the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on the purchase decision on futsal shoes and ball brand of Specs at Keranjang Bola Store Sidoarjo. This research used a causal-comparative with quantitative approach. This research’s sample collection technique used an accidental sampling method with 100 responden, which consist of customers at Keranjang Bola Store Sidoarjo who have ever purchased and used primary data obtained from the questionnaire result. Moreover, this research’s data analysis method used multiple linear regressions analysis with the calculation instrument of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application. Beside, the instrument test used validity test and reliability test. This study indicated that the variables of product quality, price, and promotion had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for futsal shoes and Specs football at the Keranjang Bola store Sidoarjo. In other words, it was expected that the Keranjang Bola store pays more attention to maintaining product quality, pricing strategies and promotions because it could affect consumer purchasing decisions.
