PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, DISIPLIN KERJA DANKESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3)TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
A success of a company in producing products or services depends on the role of human resources. Qualified human resources within companies will create qualified performance also. While, the performance can be measured from the employees' competence in finishing their jobs and responsibilities which they have. UPT Balai Yasa Surabaya Gubeng which is established under the name of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is a service transportation train company in Indonesia. This company has a vision to be a profession certification agency in railway and its support to create competent and professional human natural resources. Besides, its vision to be acknowledged nationally, regionally and internationally. This research aimed to examine the effect of communication, working discipline and Occupational Health and Safety on employees' performance at UPT Balai Yasa Surabaya Gubeng. Moreover, there were 74 from 279 employees as the sample. Furthermore, the data collection technique used probability sampling. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis with SPSS.The research result concluded communication had a significant effect on employees' performance. Likewise, working discipline had a significant effect on employees' performance. Similarly, Occupational Health and Safety had a significant effect on employees' performance.
