PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
Human resources are an important factor in a company running the company and maintaining on the coridor of market competition, which becomes more competitive. CV. Panca Alam Jaya Tuban is one of the companies that provide the best quality and quantity of shrimp to be enjoyed by consumers scattered throughout East Java. Moreover, the operational activity, namely shrimp cultivation, required human resources performance is knowledge and skill in order to maintain the quality and quantity of the production. This research aimed to examine the effect of motivation, work satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance. This reseacrh was used quantitively. Furthermore, the population of this research used employees at CV. Panca Alam Jaya Tuban has as many as 115 employees, with 89 employees as the research sample. On the other hand, the sample collection used the probability sampling technique with proportionate random sampling method. Additionally, the data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis with software SPSS. This research result showed that motivation had significant effect on the employees’performance. Furthermore, work satisfaction has significant effect on the employees’performance, and work discipline had a significant effect on the employees’performance.
