PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, KOMITMEN KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of work satisfaction, work commitment, and work competency on the employees’ performance at PT Alas Petala Makmur. This research used quantitative. Meanwhile, the data source of this research used the saturated sampling technique. The sample collection used questionnaire was distributed directly to the member of the population at PT Alas Petala Makmur while the questionnaire measurement used the Likert scale. Moreover, the population of this research used all the employees in the production department as many as 50 employees with a minimum educational background of senior high school. Besides, the analysis technique of this research used multiple linear regressions analysis technique with the SPSS program. The result of this research showed that the variable of work satisfaction, work commitment, and work competency had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ perfomance.
