PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, STRES KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT.POS INDONESIA (STUDI KASUS PADA DELIVERY CENTER SURABAYA UTARA)
Abstract
This research ained to analyze the effect of competency, work stress, and work environment on the employees’ performance at the delivery centre in North Surabaya. This research used three independent variables namely competency, work stress, and work environment, with one dependent variable namely employees’ performance. This research used quantitative. Meanwhile, data research was collected by distributed quentionnaires and implemented on 45 respondents from 57 employees at the Delivery Centre in North Surabaya as the research sample. Furthermore, the data examination technique of this research used quantitative analysis with multiple linear regressions analysis with SPSS program 20 version. Based on the data analysis result showed that simultaneously the competency variable had a positive direction and significant effect on the employees’ performance. Meanwhile, work stress had a negative and significant effect on the employees’ performance. Moreover, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance. On the other hand, the correlation among good competency, work stress, stress level, and environment were important as the support on the employees’ behaviour to achieve the company’s goal.
