Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effectiveness of work ethic, work environment, and organizational
commitment on the employees’ performance at PT. Saba Indomedika Surabaya. This research used quantitive data
with primary data, which was supported by questionnaire data respondents. This search’s sample collection
technique used saturated sampling with 50 employees’ respondents who have work at PT. Saba Indomedika
Surabaya. Furthermore, the independent variable consists of work ethic, work environment, and organization
commitment. Meanwhile the dependent variable, namely employees’ performance. Moreover, the data analysis
technique of this research used multiple linier regression analysis with SPSS 23 version. Based on the examination
by t-test analysis, it showed that the work ethic variable had a positive and significant effect on the employees’
performance at PT. Saba Indomedika Surabaya, the work environment variable had a positive and significant effect
on the employees’ performance at PT. Saba Indomedika Surabaya, meanwhile, the organization commitment
variable had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Saba Indomedika Surabaya.
