PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employees performance of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Surabaya. While, the population was employees of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all member of population were chosen as sample. Furthermore, the instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires which were distributed to respondents. In line with, there were 100 respondents of employee of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Surabaya. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23. The research result concluded work motivation had significant effect on employees performance of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Surabaya. Likewise wwork discipline had significant effect on employees performance of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Surabaya. Similarly, work environment had significant effect on employees performance of PT. Pinus Merah Abadi Surabaya.
