PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DAN LOYALITAS KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN HOTEL MERCURE GRAND MIRAMA SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of leadership style, motivation, and employees' loyalty on employees' performance of Mercure Grand Mirama Hotel, Surabaya. Moreover, the research was quantitative. furthermore, the population was all permanent employees of Mercure Grand Mirama Hotel, Surabaya. Additionally, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. In line with, there were 40 employees as the sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 23.0. Based on the research result, it concluded as follows: 1. Leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employees' performance. This meant, the better the attitude, characteristic, style and performance which owned by the manager was, the higher the employees' performance would be. 2. Motivation had a positive and significant effect on employees' performance. It meant, the better and positive motivation which was given by Mercure Grand Mirama Hotel, Surabaya was, the higher the employees’ performance would be. 3. Employees’ loyalty had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. This showed that the better appreciation, communication, and convenience during working which was given by Mercure Grand Mirama hotel was, the higher the employees' performance would be.
