PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, NILAI TUKAR DAN SUKU BUNGA TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

Abstract

This study analyzes the property and real estate companies which are registered in indonesia’s stock exchange in 2015-2019 which aims to test the impact of the return on assets, the return on equity, the exchange rate and the interest rate toward the share price of the companies. The population of this study are 64 property and real estate companies which are registered in indonesia’s stock exchange in 2015-2019. The samples of this study are determined by criteria, so the samples become homogeny with the total are 11 companies as the saturated samples. This study is a quantitative research which applies secondary data. The data analysis applies the multiple liniear regression with SPSS 23. The test shows that the return on assets gives positive and significant impact to the share price, the return on equity gives negative and insignificant impact to the share price. The exchange rate gives positive and insignificant impact to the share price, the interest rate gives negative and insignificant impact to the share price.
