Abstract

Human reources need to be managed properly so that employee performance can increase because the development of a company is very dependent on the quality of employee performance. This research aimed to determine the work satisfaction, motivation and organizational commitment on the employees performance at CV. Almaguna Kharisma Jaya. The population of this research use employees at CV. Almaguna Kharisma Jaya with certain criteria with educational background minimum, was in senior high school. This research used causal comparative. Furthemore, the sample collection technique of this research used a saturated sample with 40 respondents. Meanwhile, the data source of this research used primary data. Additionally, the analysis technique of this research used multiple linear regressions. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction, motivation and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of CV. Almaguna Kharisma Jaya. The coefficient of determination test results showed that the variables of job satisfaction, motivation and organizational commitment contributed 54.4% to employee performance, while the remaining 45.6% was influenced by other variables outside the research model.
