PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU, MOTIVASI DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI EMPIRIS PADA PT. POS INDONESIA (PERSERO) JEMUR ANDAYANI)

Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect, of the individual characteristics, motivation, and competency on the employees’ performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jemur Andayani. This research used quantitative with survey method and comparative. Furthermore the data collection technique of this research used questionnaires with likert scale as the examination instrument. Meanwhile, the analysis method of this research used multiple linear regressions analysis with data processing used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) program 25 version. Moreover, based on the data analysis concluded that the first variable i.e. individual characteristics did not have any significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jemur Andayani. In other words, the second variable which was motivation did not have any significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jemur Andayani. Meanwhile, the third variable which was competency had a significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jemur Andayani.
