PENGARUH MOTIVASI, PROMOSI, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT FORIN TRANSBUANA LOGISTICS SURABAYA
Abstract
Nowadays, the competition in the world of business is developing which makes companies have to deal various challenges, one of them is the human resources enhancement in order to compete with others. The competition is getting tight for demanding the companies to improve the employees’ performance. The higher employees’ performance improvement, the higher result they will get. This study analyzes the impact of the motivation, the promotion, and the compensation toward the employees’ performance of PT Forin Transbuana Logistics Surabaya. The aim of this study is to find out how the motivation, the promotion, and the compensation give impact the employees’ performance if the companies distribute them appropriately. The type of this research is the descriptive and the quantitative research. For collecting the data, study applies the questionnaires and the non-probability sampling with 50 employees of PT Forin Transbuana Logistics Surabaya as the respondents. The analysis applies the multiple linear regression with SPPS version 25. The study shows that the motivation impacts the employees’ performance, the promotion impacts the employees’ performance, and the compensation impacts the employees’ performance.
