PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on firm value of Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2019. While profitability was measured by Return On Equity, liquidity was measured by Current Ratio, leverage was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio and firm value was measured by Price to Book Value. The research was quantitative . Moreover, the population was 26 Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016- 2019. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 12 companies as the sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, F-test, determination coefficient test (R2) and t-test with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 22. The research result from data analysis showed that independent variable was namely firm value (PBV) and dependent variables, i.e. profitability (ROE), liquidity (CR) and leverage (DER). Meanwhile, it concluded that profitability had a positive and significant effect on firm value. On the other hand, liquidity as well as leverage had a positive but insignificant effect on firm value.
