PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PROFITABILITAS DAN LIKUIDITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAAAN
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of capital structure, profitability and liquidity on firm value of Food and Beverages companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange. While capital structure was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability was measured by Return On Asset (ROA) and liquidity was measured by Current Ratio (CR). Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 10 samples from 29 Food and Beverages companies. Furthermore, the data were in the form of financial data which was taken from the balance sheet and income statement; also review of companies' performance. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. According to the research result, from the hypothesis test, it concluded that capital structure had a positive but insignificant effect on finn value. On the other hand, profitability had a positive and significant effect on firm value. In contrast, liquidity had a negative and significant effect on finn value.
