PENGARUH MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN KERJA DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PT PUSPA AGRO
Abstract
Motivation and work discipline are essential element in determining employees’ work satisfaction. Further, it can affect work quality improvement. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of motivation, wok discipline and work satis faction on employees’ performance of PT Puspa Agro. The research was quantitative with questionnaires as its instrument. While, there were 40 employees of PT Puspa Agro as sample. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression; in order to find out how much the effect of motivation, work discipline and satisfaction on employees’ performance. Futhermore, from the research result, it concluded motivation, work discipline and satisfaction had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance of PT Puspa Agro. Meanwhile, from the result of testing, it showed motivation had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance of PT Puspa Agro. This could be shown as the bigger the employees’ motivation, the more increase the employees’ performance. It happened since there was responsibility in doing their task in fulfilling PT Puspa Agro’s objective.
