PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, MOTIVASI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
Competition within banking companies is much harder than before. Each company needs highly competitive employees amd encourage to hire employees who gave great motivation in order to increase companies progress. Therefeore, this research aimed to find out the effect of competence, motivation and compensation on employees performance of BCA. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was employees of BCA Surabaya. Furthemore, the data were primary. Additionally, the data collection technique used saturated sampling. While, the instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires which were distributed to respondent. In line with, there were 100 respondents as sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used multile linear regression with SSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23. The research result concluded competence had positive and significant on employees performance of BCA. Likewise, motivation competence had positive and significant on employees performance of BCA. Similarly, compensation competence had positive and significant on employees performance of BCA
