Abstract

This research aimed to find out and examine the effect of motivation, work environment, and work satisfaction on employees’ performance of Central Indonesia Post Office, Surabaya. The research quantitative. While, the population was employees of Central Indonesia Post Office, Surabaya which consist of 50. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires as the instrument. In line with, there were 50 respondents of employee as sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression in which its objective to find out how much the effect of motivation, work environment and work satisfaction on employees’ performance. The research result concluded motivation had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance of of Central Indonesia Post Office, Surabaya. Likewise, work environment had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance of Central Indonesia Post Office, Surabaya. On the other hand, work satisfaction had positive but insignificant effect on employees’ performance of Central Indonesia Post Office, Surabaya.
