PENGARUH HARGA, PROMOSI DAN SERVICE EXCELLENCE TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN JAVA PARAGON HOTEL AND RESIDENCE
Abstract
This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of price, promotion and service excellence on customers’ satisfaction. While, the population was consumers of Java Paragon Hotel and Residences Surabaya. Meanwhile, the number of population was unlimited. Moreover, the data collection technique used accidental sampling technique. In line with, the number of respondents were 100 men and women. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. From the research result, The price variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Java Paragon Hotel and Residences. The higher the level of price suitability provided by Java Paragon Hotel and Residences, the more customer satisfaction will be increased. Promotion variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Java Paragon Hotel and Residences. Service excellence variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Java Paragon Hotel and Residences. The higher the service excellence established by Java Paragon Hotel and Residences, the higher customer satisfaction will be.
