PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. MITRA SARUTA INDONESIA NGANJUK
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of competence, work environment and organization culture on employees performance of PT. Mitra Saruta Indonesia, Nganjuk. While, the population was employees of PT. Mitra Saruta Indonesia Nganjuk. The research was causal comparative. Moreover, the data collection technique used simple random sampling, in which the sample was taken randomly without considering strata within its population. Furthermore the instrument used questionnaires which were distributed to respondents. In line with, there were 90 respondents as sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23. The research result concluded competence had positive and significant effect on employees performance of PT. Mitra Saruta Indonesia, Nganjuk. Likewise, work environment had positive and significant effect on employees of performance of PT. Mitra Saruta Indonesia, Nganjuk. Similarly, organization culture had positive and significant effect on employees performance of PT. Mitra Saruta Indonesia, Nganjuk.
