PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PROFITABILITAS, DAN KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA SEKTOR PERTAMBANGAN BATUBARA

Abstract

Mining is an activity which use natural resources inside the Earth. While, coal sector is one of the biggest contribution in increasing State Economy and has high export value. Therefore, many investors are interested in having investment in coal mining companies. This research aimed to find out the effect of capital structure, profitability and investment decision on firm value high export value. Therefore, many investors are interested in having investment in coal mining companies. This research aimed to find out the effect of capital stucture, profitability and investment decision on firm value of coal mining companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2018. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was 25 coal mining companies. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with, there were 8 companies as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The research result concluded capital structure had significant effect on firm value of coal mining companies. Likewise, profitability had significant effect on firm value of coal mining companies. Similarly, investment decision had significant effect on firm value of coal mining comapnies.
