PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN KELELAHAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA RSUH KOTA SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aimed to examine the effect of workload and burnout on employees' performance of RSUH, Surabaya (RSUH). While, the research was quantitative research. Moreover, the data were primary. Furthermore, the instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires. Additionally, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all member of population were the sample. In line with, there were 50 respondents of employee at RSUH, Surabaya as sample. In addition, the data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the research result, it concluded workload had significant effect on burnout. Meanwhile, workload had positive and significant effect on employees' performance of RSUH, Surabaya. Likewise, burnout had positive and significant effect on employees' performance of RSUH, Surabaya. In other words, workload had positive and significant effect on employees' performance of RSUH, Surabaya through burnout. Therefore, burnout was able to intervene between workload and employees performance.
