PENGARUH KEPUASAN, KOMITMEN, STRES, KETIDAKAMANAN KERJA, KEPRIBADIAN TERHADAP KEINGINAN UNTUK KELUAR KARYAWAN
Abstract
Employees turnover intention is one of the problem which need to be considered as soon as possible, since it can affect companies condition. While, some factors which affect the intention are work satisfaction, organization commitment, work stress, work discomfort and personality on employees turnover intention of PT. Surya Timur Sakti Jatim. The population was all employees of PT. Surya Timur Sakti Jatim which consist of 125 people. Moreover, there were 56 employees as the sample. Furthermore, the instrument used questionnaires. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression. In addition, from the research result, it concluded there was significant effect among work satisfaction, organization, commitment, work stress and work discomfort on employees turnover intention of PT. Surya Timur Sakti Jatim. On the other hand, personality had insignificant effect on employees turnover intention of PT. Surya Timur Sakti Jatim. In brief, for the management of PT. Surya Timur Sakti Jatim, it was expected to consider work satisfaction, organization commitment, work stress and work discomfort as these factors affected employees turnover intention. Besides, for the next research, it was suggested to add other variables who had not been used; in order to expand and find out the effect affected the intention.
