Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of training, compensation, and work discipline on employees’ performance of PT Sari Coffee Indonesia. While, the research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was all employees of PT Sari Coffee Indonesia wich located at West Surabaya. Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in wich all member of population became the sample. In line with, there were 49 respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression, classical assumption test, proper model test, hypothesis test with SPSS. The research result concluded training had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance with regression coefficient for about 0.324 and significance of 0.006. Likewise, compensation had positive and significant effect employees’ performance with regression coefficient for about 0.181 and significance of 0.023. Similarly, work discipline had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance with regression coefficient for about 0.343 and significance of 0.003. In brief, training, compensation and work discipline had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance of PT Sari Coffee Indonesia.
