PENGARUH SOLVABILITAS, LIKUIDITAS, DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of solvability, liquidity and profitability on firm value of Property and Real Estate companies, which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2018. The research was quantitative. While, the population was Property and Real Estate companies, which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2018 with using the classic assumption test consists of normality, multicollinearity, heterocedasticity and autocorrelation test. Regression Analysis Test and Hypothesis Testing consists of determinant test (R2 test), F test and t test. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling technique, in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 20 Property and Real Estate companies as the sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 20. The research result concluded solvability had significant effect on firm value of Property and Real Estate companies. Likewise, profitability had significant effect on firm value of Property and Real Estate companies On the other hand, liquidity had insignificant effect on firm value of Property and Real Estate companies.
