KAJIAN PENERAPAN SOP PADA KARYAWAN DIVISI OPERASIONAL PT JAYA EKSPRESS TRANSINDO DC SIDOARJO
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the implementation of SOP at operasional division’s employees of PT Jaya Express Transindo DC Sidoarjo. Moreover, it aimed also to find out the effect of SOP’s company which was always changed. The research was descriptive-qualitative. While, the instrument used observation, interview and documentation. Moreover, the were six employees of PT Jaya Express Transindo DC, Sidoarjo as sample. The research result concluded the implementation of SOP which had been fulfilled was 80%, and for the rest, 20% had not been fulfilled. This happened as there were some changes of management and it’s operational. Moreover, those changes were followed as inbound and outbound goods which directly happened during the works hour; and as a new policy from the management. In addition, there were employees’ reduction as the SOP was always changed. Besides, the employee’ productivity was decrease as the employees were confused and desperated. As it happened, there was companies protest.
