PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSETS, RETURN ON EQUITY, DAN NET PROFIT MARGIN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAANFOOD AND BEVERAGE

Abstract

Food and Beverages companies which are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange become most in demand companies by investors. While, the stock price of Food and Beverages companies is very liquid and potential to generate high profits. Therefore, it is interesting to have a research on it. This research aimed to find out the effect of Return On Asset, Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin on stock price of Food and Beverages companies. The population was 18 Food and Beverages companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2014-2018. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. In line with, there were 11 companies as sample. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linier with SPSS 25. The research result concluded Return On Asset had negative and insignificant effect on stovk price. On the other hand, Return On equity had positive and significant effect on stock price. Likewise, Net Profit Margin had positive and significant effect on stock price of Food and Beverage companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.
