PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN UPAH TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of work environment, work discipline and fee on employees'
work productivity of manufacturing companies of PT. Multi Modern Nusantara. The research was
quantitative. While, the population was all employees at production department of PT. Multi
Modern Nusantara. Moreover, the data collection technique used proportionate stratified random
sampling. Furthermore, the instrument in data collection technique used questionnaires.
Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS (Statistical
Product and Service Solution). The research result concluded work environment had positive but
insignificant effect on employees' work productivity at production department of manufaturing
companies PT. Multi Modern Nusantara. Likewise, fee had positive but insignificant effect on
employees' work productivity at production department of manufacturing companies PT. Multi
Modern Nusantara. On the other hand, work discipline had positive and significant effect on
employees' work productivity at production department of manufacturing companies PT. Multi
Modern Nusantara.
