Abstract

Human resources is a factor which determine organization succeed or not in running some activitiess to achieve its objective. Therefore, the organization has to consider the human resource in order to work effectively and efficiently. As the result, it increases employees’ performance. This research aimed to examine the effect of motivation, incentives and work satisfaction on employees’ performance of Grab driver. While, the population was community of Squad Grab Bikers Surabaya. Moreover, the research was quantitative, Furthermore, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all population were the sample. In line with, there were 87 bikers as the respondent. Additionally, data was collected by using questionnaires, in addition, the data analysis technique used descriptive statistics, classial assumption, proper model, correlation coefficient, partial determiation, t-test and multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution)20. In addition, the research resulth concluded motivation, incentives and work satisfaction had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance
