PENGARUH MOTIVASI, DISIPLIN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. STARS INTERNASIONAL SURABAYA
Abstract
Human resources is one of the essential factors in determining companies’ progress. Therefore, the companies have to increase its human resources performance in order to maximize some objectives which are planned. This effort can be done through giving motivation to employees, arranging discipline rules and work environment that is properly and adequately for the employees. This research aimed to find out the effect of motivation, discipline and work environment on employees’ performance of PT Stars Internasional Surabaya. While, the research was quantitative-descriptive. Moreover, the population was all employees of PT Stars Internasional Surabaya. Furthermore, the data collection technique used non-probability sampling which known as saturated sampling. In line with, there were 69 respondents as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The research result concluded motivation had significant effect on employees’ performance. Likewise, discipline had significant effect on employees’ performance. Similarly, work environment had significant effect on employees’ performance of PT Stars Internasional Surabaya.
