PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KPP PRATAMA SURABAYA GUBENG
Abstract
Human natural Resources, in which function as the main part of operational, was the asset of organization. While, in leading those resources, the role of managerial leadership should be included in the heart of manager. A certain leadership style which should be implemented in the goverment institution such as KPP Pratama Surabaya Gubeng was transformational leadership style. However, rthat kind of style was still ineffective for some employees who were not satisfied with the way of the manager gave work instruction. The research aimed to examine the effect of leadership style, motivation, and work disciplinee on employees work satisfaction. This research was descriptive-quantitative. While, the samplng collection techiques used simple random sampling since there was equal opportunity for all population to be include as sample. Moreover, there were 91 employees who worked in KPP Pratama Surabaya Gubeng. In addiion, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 20. The research result cocuded the leadership style had positive and significant on work satisfaction. While, motivation had positive and significant on work satisfaction. Moreover, work discipline had positive and significant on work satisfaction.
