PENGARUH UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, PROFITABILITAS DAN PERTUMBUHAN PENJUALAN TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN HUTANG

Abstract

Fund is required by companies in running their business, it can be obtained from the owner of the company or
loan. Capital which has been received by the company is used to purchase fixed assets to produce products and
services. Large capital is required by the company to grow. Capital can be obtained from different sources i.e.
internal and external. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence firm size, profitability, and sales
growth to the debt policy of food and beverages companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The
samples are 10 food and beverages companies. The data has been processed by the SPSS 20 software. The
multiple linear regressions, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test have been applied as the analysis
method. Based on the result of the model feasibility test, the regressions which have been generated are feasible
and they can be used for the following analysis. Based on the result of the hypothesis test, it shows that firm size,
profitability, and sales growth give influence to the debt policy.
