PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMPENSASI, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT HERO SUPERMARKET TBK
Abstract
This research is aimed to test and to analyze the influence of work motivation, compensation and work discipline to the employee performance at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Arif Rahman Hakim branch Surabaya. The population is all employees who have been working actively at PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk Arif Rahman Hakim branch Surabaya. The sample collection has been done by using saturated sampling. The data collection has been performed by issuing questionnaires to 38 respondents. The data analysis has been applied by using 21st version SPSS and the data examination has been done by using validity test, reliability test with alpha cronbach. The classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis has been conducted in order to test and to prove the research hypothesis.The result of this research which has been carried out by using model feasibility test indicates that the variables i.e. work motivation, compensation and work discipline give significant influence to the employee performance. The coefficient determination test (Rsquare) shows great contribution. Meanwhile, the result of partial test shows that work motivation gives significant and positive influence to the employee performance. Compensation gives significant and positive influence to the employee performance. Compensation is the variable which gives dominant influence and it is supported by its partial coefficient determination which is larger than other variables such as work motivation and work discipline.
