PENGARUH FASILITAS, LOKASI, DAN PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN NASABAH BANK MEGA SYARIAH WALIKUKUN
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to test and to find out the influence of facilities, location and service to the customer satisfaction. The population is the bank customers of Bank Mega Sharia Branch Office in Walikukun. The sample collection technique has been conducted by using accidental sampling and 100 people have been selected as samples. The multiple regressions analysis is used as the analysis technique. The result of feasibility test shows that simultaneously facilities, location and service have significant influence to the satisfaction of bank customers of Bank Mega Sharia Branch Office in Walikukun. This result shows that these variables are feasible to be used in this research model. This result is supported by the acquisition of the determination coefficient level which shows that the contribution of facilities, location, and service are quite big to the satisfaction of bank customers of Bank Mega Sharia Branch Office in Walikukun. The result of the hypothesis test shows that facilities, location, and service each of them have positive and significant influence which shows unidirectional correlation to the satisfaction of bank customers of Bank Mega Sharia Branch Office in Walikukun.
