PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN DIMODERASI BUDAYA KERJA
Abstract
The existence of human in a company has an important role in increasing the achievement of the objective of the company. Motivation and work environment is one of the problems which should be fulfilled in order to measure the human satisfaction in doing their jobs. In this research method, 75 research samples have been selected by using sampling technique i.e. non probability sampling and saturated sampling. The statistics analysis has been carried out by using multiple linear regressions and the interaction test has been carried out to test the moderating variable with SPSS 22.0. The result of this shows that 1). Motivation has significant and positive influence for employe produkctivity, 2). Work environment has significant and positive influence for employe productivity, 3). Motivation has significant and positive influence for employe productivity which has been moderated by work culture, 4). Work environment has negative influence for employe productivity which has been moderated by work culture
