PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM EMITEN LQ45 YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

Abstract

A company can be stated success in managing its business, when its stock prices continue to increase. On the contrary, investors can judge that the company has succeeded in managing its company through the performance of financial statement. In this matter, profitability is one of the important indicators for the investor in assessing the prospect of the company in the future. This research is meant to find out, to analyze, and to test the influence of profitability to the stock price of LQ45’s issuers which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research is comparative casual research. The samples are 12 LQ45’s companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010-2014 periods. The source of data is the secondary data in the form of the financial statement of the company. The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions analysis. It can be concluded from the result of this research that: (1) profitability has been measured by using NPM, ROA, ROE, ROI and EPS simultaneously have influence to the stock price of LQ45’s issuers; (2) NPM has positive and it does not significant influence to the stock price; (3) ROA has positive and it does not significant influence to the stock price; (4) ROE has negative and significant influence to the stock price; (5) ROI has negative and significant influence to the stock price; (6) EPS has positive and significant influence to the stock price.
