Abstract

This research is meant to test to find out the influence of the job stress, wage, and organizational culture to the
work motivation of the employees of PT. E-T-A Indonesia. The population is the employees who work in PT. ET-
A Indonesia, and the samples are 75 peopleThe result of the research shows that the model feasibility test
indicates that there is a significant influence among job stress, wage, and organizational culture to the work
motivation of the employees of PT. E-T-A Indonesia. The result of partial test shows that job stress, wage, and
organizational culture have significant influence to the work motivation of employees of PT. E-T-A Indonesia
and the wage variable is the variable which has dominant influence since its partial determination coefficient the
largest when it is compared to job stress variable and organizational culture variable.
