Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of work motivation, democratic leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch of Tanjung Perak Surabaya. This type of research is causal or causal, sampling technique malalui random sampling or random. Data used in this study are primary data using kuesioner.Teknik analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The population is all employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch of Tanjung Perak Surabaya., The sample size was 52 respondents. Based on the results of the feasibility test models known that the independent variables consist of work motivation, democratic leadership and organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance. While the results of testing this hypothesis shows job motivation, democratic leadership and organizational culture significant and positive impact on the performance of the company's employees. Improve employee performance, we recommend the existing leadership always provide direction, oversight and provide motivation to work to all employees, in order to encourage employee performance, and should the management of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Branch of Tanjung Perak Surabaya can maintain norms and values in the company this is done in order to improve employee performance.
