PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
Abstract
This research aimed to find out the effect of work environment, work satisfaction and work discipline on employees’ performance of Pratama Tax Service Office, Sukomanunggal, Surabaya. The research was quantitative. While, the data were primary. Moreover, the population was all (114) employees of Pratama Tax Service Office, Sukomanunggal, Surabaya. Furthermore, the data collection technique used proportional random sampling. In line with, there were 53 respondents of employee which taken as sample. Meanwhile, the instrument in data collection technique was questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed directly to respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26. The research result concluded work environment had insignificant effect on employees’ performance of Pratama Tax Service Office, Sukomanunggal, Surabaya. On the contrary, work satisfaction had positive and significant effect on employees’ performance of Pratama Tax Service Office, Sukomanunggal, Surabaya. On the other hand, similar to work environment, work discipline had insignificant effect on employees’ performance of Pratama Tax Service Office, Sukomanunggal, Surabaya.
