PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, LEVERAGE, DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE

Abstract

This research imed to find out the effect of liquidity, leverage, and profitability on the firm value of Property and
Real Estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. While, liquidity was measured by
Current Ratio (CR), leverage was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability was measured by
Return On Equity (ROE). The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used
proposive sampling. Furthermore, the population was 48 Property and Real Estate companies. In line with, there
were 10 companies as sample. Additionally, the data were in the form of financial statment which taken from
balance sheet and income statment. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with
SPSS 25.0. According to the research result, from hypotesis test, it concluded liqudity had positive but
insignificant effect on the firm value. Meanwhile, leverage had negative and insignificant effect on the firm
value. On the other hand, profitability had positive and significant effect on the firm value.
