Abstract

This researchis aimed to find out and to analyze the influence of working environment and reward systems to employee job satisfaction at PT. PancaWana Indonesia. The population is 52 employees of PT. Panca Wana Indonesia which have been selected as samples. The data has been analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis which is aimed to calculate the magnitude of regression coefficient in order to describe the influence of working environment and reward system to the employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the goodness of fit test (F Test) is used to test the model feasibility in the research. The result ofthe F test shows that the regression model can be used to predict employee job satisfaction. The hypothesis test has been done by using t test. The results of the t test shows that working environment give significant influenceto the employee job satisfaction at PT. Panca Wana Indonesia. The reward system give significant influenceto the employee job satisfaction PT. Panca Wana Indonesia. Work environment give dominant influence to the employee job satisfaction of PT. Panca Wana Indonesia. Based on the result of the research, it is suggested to PT. Panca Wana Indonesia to pay more attention to the working environment around the employees and also pay attention to the policy in the reward system in order to increase the employee job satisfaction so that the employee performance increase as well.
