Abstract

Along with the increasing awareness of the importance of health for the community, as well as the rapid develompent of health technology, a quality health services is required to meet the community basic needs. Therefore, this research aimed to examine the effect of service quality, location and facilities on customers’ satisfaction of Stiesia Pratama Clinic. The data were primary. Moreover, the data collection techniques used accidential sampling. in line with, there were 98 respondents as sample. Furthermore, the instrument was questionnaires. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS 20. The research result concluded service quality gad significant effect on customers’ satisfaction of Stiesia Pratama Clinic. It meant, the service provided was very good. Meanwhile, location had insignificant effect on customers’ satisfaction as the place did not passed by public transportation. Likeswise, the facility had insignificant effect on customer’s satisfaction since the facilities provided were not complete.
