PENGARUH EPS, CR, ROE TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN PROPERTI DAN REAL ESTATE

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR), and Return On Equity (ROE) on stock price. While, the population was Property and Real Estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2018. There were 9 companies which had total asset of 10 Trillion or more than and listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2015-2018 as sample. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on criteria given. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. The research result concluded Earning Per Share (EPS) had positive and significant effect on stock price. Meanwhile, Current ratio (CR) had positive but insignificant effect on stock price. On the other hand, Return On Equity (ROE) had negative and insignificant effect on stock price of Property an Real Estate companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015-2018.
